There’s some exciting news coming out of Brookville, Ohio. Thrush & Son LLC: Complete Home Improvement Company is proud to announce the opening of their newest location. Thrush & Son’s newest office and design center is located in the heart of Troy, Ohio at 121 NE Public Square.
“We are continuously growing at Thrush & Son and we knew there would come a point in time where location expansion would need to take place.” explained W. Allen Thrush Jr., President and CEO of Thrush & Son. “Our focal point for our newest location shifted to Miami County about two and a half years ago. That’s when we first started to put a plan in motion.”
After looking at various locations throughout the county, the Thrush family came to the conclusion that they wanted to be located in the heart of it all…. Downtown Troy. “Downtown Troy is so vibrant. There is so much going on.” added Corey A. Thrush, CMO. “You see people walking around the square and enjoying themselves. You have the concerts on The Square, the free movies, the farmers market. I could go on and on about the activities and the way the City promotes itself. You can truly sense and feel the pride that this town and their townsfolk have.”
Since coming to the community, Thrush & Son has teamed up with and become members of Troy Main Street and the Troy Chamber of Commerce. “John Wilson, of Troy Main Street, has been so helpful and enjoyable to work with. The City of Troy, as well as the Chamber and the citizens have welcomed us with open arms and we cannot express how happy we are to be a part of this great community.” Michelle Thrush stated with a smile. Allen Thrush continued “We have been in business since 1960 and have done quite a bit of work in Miami County and The City of Troy. We have always been in the community but we knew it was time to become a part of it and that is why we are here.”
Thrush & Son of Troy is located next to Ray’s Shoe Repair and Ruby’s Salon. It features a 1,400 square foot showroom with many various samples and displays. The location also has a 400 square foot loft that is being utilized for office space. The office and showroom is open Monday thru Friday from 10:30am until 6:30 at night, as well as 10:30-1:30 on Saturdays.
