What’s Included

All of our maintenance plans include priority or expedited service — this allows you to have a peace of mind if a stressful event, such as a roof leak, were to occur. Routine home improvement maintenance also helps keep your home elements working in top condition, minimizes utility bills and provides protection to mother nature’s elements throughout the year. Pre-scheduled maintenance also includes these benefits:

  • 1 or 2 free roofing service trips per year.
  • 1 or 2 free roofing inspections per year.
  • Written, detailed report notating our findings, solutions and repairs made.
  • Photo documentation.
  • Visually inspect the roofing system that was installed by Thrush & Son®.
  • Inspect the entire roof area for damage that may have resulted from foreign objects or from human activity i.e.: HVAC unit maintenance.
  • Seal up to 20 exposed nail heads.
  • Inspection of all metal flashings located on the roof, including an examination of all counter, apron, chimney, valley, etc. for rust, corrosion, and weakening.
  • Replace any loose sealant.
  • Re-secure any loose metal flashing(s).
  • Repair any rot or splits in the pipe boots for the plumbing stacks.
  • Inspect roof ventilation systems and service if needed.
  • Remove all debris, small branches, dirt or rocks from the roof.
  • Visually inspect for positive drainage.
  • Repair splits in roofing membrane or composite flashing (applies to flat roofing only).
  • Repair any minor slippage of roof membrane or flashing (applies to flat roofing only).
  • Review maintenance records of all roof inspections and roof maintenance performed if available.
  • Review manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees, if available.
  • Determine the most effective measure in repairing and maintaining the existing roof system.
  • Submit a checklist report to the building owner detailing the current roof condition, evidence of any roof abuse, and any problems that could potentially lead to future roof problems.
